Long press the "HOLD/TEMP" & "MODE/CAL" Button for 3-5 seconds to restore factory Settings, and then use the powder pack for calibration the Digital pH meter
It took a long time to calibrate or after calibrating, the reading was tested but the reading came out "0" value?
Please check whether the glass probe was broken. If not that means you met calibration error. For this issue, please long press the "HOLD/TEMP" & "MODE/CAL" Button for 3-5 seconds to restore factory Settings, and then use the powder pack to calibrate
For better using experience of the pH meter for water
We recommend to soak the pH meter in clear water for 5 minutes before starting calibration after receive the product or long time no use. Because it may cause inaccurate readings if you immediate use for the first time or long time no use.
